From the original plastic road stud markers to solar road stud markers, the traffic safety guarantee devices are more and more sophisticate with the development of science and technology. The solar road studs are composed of solar panel, solar cell, super capacitor, control circuit and light source. The common quality problems of solar road stud markers can be roughly divided into several categories. The first is that the solar road stud markers are not resistant to pressure. The second is that the solar road stud markers' batteries are not resistant to high temperature. And the third is that the solar road stud markers are not rain proof. First, the solar road stud markers are not resistant to pressure. The reason of it is that the solar road stud markers are frequently rolled over by vehicles. Third, the solar road stud markers are not rain proof. The solar road stud markers will expand with heat and contract with cold in the outdoor, and the joint part of the solar road stud markers' shell will appear gaps. In winter, rainwater will seep into the solar road stud markers and freeze, resulting in larger gaps. Then more water will enter the solar road stud markers, which will affect its life span.
