Solar road stud lights offer a variety of features, including durability, high visibility and low maintenance. The die-cast aluminum housing can withstand the weight of a car (30 tons) and resists corrosion and deterioration. LEDs are seven times brighter than ordinary reflective road studs as a light source, providing visibility to 800 meters and beyond. The road stud lights are solar-powered and automatically illuminate at night. The Function of Each Part of The Solar Road Stud Light:
(1) Solar road stud solar panels: solar panels are the core part of the solar road stud power generation system, but also the most valuable part of the solar road stud power generation system. The role of solar panels is to convert the sun's radiation capacity into electricity, sent to the battery storage, or to promote the work of solar road studs load.
(2)Solar controller of the solar studs: the role of the solar controller is to control the working state of the entire solar road stud light system, to protect the battery from overcharging and overdischarging. (3) Solar road stud battery: generally lead-acid batteries. In small micro systems, solar road stud lights can also use nickel-hydrogen batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries or lithium batteries. The role of the solar road stud battery is to store the solar panel generated electricity when there is light, and release when needed.
(4) Solar road stud light inverter: the direct output of solar road studs is generally 12VDC, 24VDC, 48VDC. to provide power for 220VAC appliances, the need to convert the direct current generated by the solar road stud power generation system into alternating current, so a DC-AC converter is required.
(5) Solar road stud light reflectors: some solar road stud lights equipped with 2 reflectors, the function of these reflectors and ordinary reflective road stud is the same, is to prevent the solar road stud in case there is no electricity after the reflectors can reflect the lights of the vehicle headlights, continue to play a warning role.
